Manager, who ensures and is in charge of the correct handling
of the project. |
The tasks are:

Preparation of the quality assurance plan, in conjunction
with the customer

Preparation of performance indicators
•
Document management
•
Organisation of steering committees
•
Coordination of participants
•
Management of non-compliance and escalation
•
Operating the project information system.
